Chocolate-Hazelnut-Chia Pudding for the ones who just can’t get over these delicious and fulfuling puddings. Easy to make, fills up like a good breakfast but tastes like dessert!
So, we are all hooked right? Those chia jars always look amazing and make you wish you had one right now! So for me it was time to step up the chia game and add some more deliciousness to this party called breakfast. How do we do that, you ask? Well, what’s the best way to make anything better in life? Exactly: adding chocolate. I don’t know about you, but when I hear chocolate, I honestly feel like seven rainbows have appeared at once and a lovely little unicorn has offered me to be her best friend. Yes, chocolate makes me weird and happy at the same time so without a doubt, this was the first ingredient I just had to add when I wanted to make an extra yummy chia pudding.
I have also added the one ingredient that I like best with chocolate: hazelnut ! I have crushed hazelnuts and toasted them. By adding hazelnut syrup ( I have used one from Douwe Egberts for in your coffee https://www.google.nl/search?q=hazelnoot+siroop+douwe+egberts&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj9gtaSjpzbAhUOmrQKHbaQDBMQ_AUICygC&biw=1536&bih=748&dpr=1.25#imgrc=W99Y5OCHBVfn6M:) and the crushed nuts to your chocolate chia pudding, I assure you, a foodgasm won’t be one of the things in life you just haven’t experienced yet 😉 Top with some crushed or whole Oreo cookies and even the non believers will try this. Ofcourse you can add some fruit if that gives you a better feeling about eating chocolate for breakfast haha but because it is chia with pure cocoa, I convinced myself that this was the healthiest breakfast ever 😉 Feel free to share a jar but don`t feel guilty if you want to eat this all by yourself. Sharing chocolate just isn`t for everyone and we should all accept that!
